MUCH ACCOLADES are being showered upon Sirsa boy Rahul Sharma (Viplav) by the staff and students of the Law Faculty of the Ch. Devilal University for standing first in the LL.B. final examination held by the University this year. Mr. Rahul who belongs to a middle class family lost his doctor father in his infancy and he is a self made youth. He attributes his grand success to the assiduous sacrifices of his mother and the guidance of his teachers.
