Punjab Wins Vijay Hazare North Zone, Punjab and Haryana now in Quarter Finals.

Last evening Punjab after losing 8 wickets in 50 overs, scored 344 runs posed the biggest challenge for the ongoing North Zone, Himachal took up the challenge with great courage and ended up at exciting 342 runs at 50 overs, losing the match in a close shave. Punjab won the match, and now Haryana and Punjab are both in Quarter Finals.

Commenting on the Stadium Dr Ved Beniwal Sr Vice President Haryana Cricket Association said that facilities at par with international standards are available in DSS Stadium, he expected that International matches shall be played soon on this stadium.
