Congress Candidate Ch Bharat Singh Beniwal filed his nomination papers before SDM Ellenabad Mr. Munish Nagpal who is Returning officer for this by-election. He was flanked by Chief Minister Haryana Mr. BS Hooda, Sh Phool Chand Mullana, Mr. Randeep Singh Surjewala, Sh. Gopal Kandaa and other prominent Congress leaders.
