The previous 2 days had a lot of buzz related to education in Sirsa, here are brief news about the same separate posts about some of these headlines shall be posted later.
ML Ranga has been appointed Vice Chancellor of CDLU Sirsa, he assumed his office yesterday at Ch Devi Lal University Sirsa. After retirement of Dr KC Bhardwaj, the university was without a regular VC, Mr. Malik IAS and Commissioner Hisar circle was officiating VC during this period.

CDLU to Introduce Entrance Exams to various courses.
CDLU shall be introducing entrance exams for admissions to its various courses from the next academic session. Details here: Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa has notified for admission to session 2010-2011. Those who wish to take admission to Chaudhary Devi Lal University they can download the Handbook of Information from the Official website of Chaudhary Devi Lal University, the Prospectus is available at Sale Counter of Administration Block of CDLU from 01 June 2010. The admission to CDLU Sirsa will be made on the basis of entrance examination and marks obtained in qualifying examination having equal weight age. The Last date of receipt of application is 25 June 2010 except M.Tech for which last date is 28 July 2010. University Website: www.cdlu.edu.in
