A Mushaira was held on the evening of 16th February in
connection with Basant Panchami by Pehal organisation at Shri Yuvak Sahitaya
Sadan Sirsa. Pehal organisation is run by Sh. Laj Pushp a noted poet and
journalist of Sirsa, this organization conducts cultural programs from time to
time. Prof Ganeshi Lal, a former minister of Haryana and BJP senior leader was
the chief guest at the program. Noted Poets: Farhat Ehsas (New Delhi), Madan
Mohan Danish (Gwalior), Shabnam Durrani, Prof RP Sethi Kamaal, Sh Sahil etc. Audience
had several Shayari lovers from Sirsa.
