On 14th
September, Former Union Minister, Senior BJP Leader and BJP SC Cell National
President Shri Sanjay Paswan today visited Medanta hospital in Gurgaon to
enquire about the well being of INLD chief and former Haryana chief minister
Chaudhary Om Prakash Chautala. During the meeting which lasted for more than 35
minutes Shri Sanjay Paswan asked about Chautala’s health and wishes INLD
chief’s early recovery. Earlier former MLA from Jodhpur Shri Narayan Ram Bera,
Former Education minister Shri Bahadur Singh, MLA Col. Raghubir Singh Chillar,
MLA Shri Nasim Ahmad, MLA from Gharaunda Shri Narender Sangwan and many other
senior leaders also met Shri Chautala and asked about INLD Chief’s health and
wishes his early recovery.
On 11th
September: Senior INLD leader and MLA from Ellenabad Chaudhary Abhay Singh
Chautala while cricizing the Hooda Government for increase in the salaries and
allowances of CM, ministers, Haryana Vidhansabha speaker, deputy speaker and
MLAs, today said that Congress government is not working for the welfare of
state and just looting the Haryana ruthlessly. Chaudhary Abhay Singh Chautala
said that Haryana’s farmers demanded for the bonus on wheat and employees were
demanding for salaries at par with Punjab employees but the state government
literally ignored their genuine demands by saying that the government is
suffering from financial crises. He further said that congress government
suspended the opposition MLAs from the session and increased their salaries and
allowances with their own wish.
He further
added that the Hooda government raised issues of Chaudhary Devilal’s trusts and
societies in the assembly just to defame the name of Chaudhary Devilal’s family
whereas CBI had already investigated about Devilal’s trusts and the case is
pending in Court. He said that none of
trust had taken government’s land for free and there are no irregularities in
any of the trusts. Since last nine years, the congress is in power in state as
well as in centre and all the government agencies have already investigated the
case and found nothing. He said that people
respect Chaudhary Devilal and with their free wish they named educational
institutions and social institutions on the name of Chaudhary Devilal as a
matter of respect. He further said that Hooda government has nothing to do with
trusts and societies but they have a big problem with the name of Chaudhary
Devilal and Chaudhary Omprakash Chautala.

Further said that assembly speaker at the will of the government converted the
assembly into the Congress meeting. He said that by discussing about the trusts
and societies, the Congress MLA’s were just trying to bursting out their
frustrations about the scams and scandals which were exposed in the CDs.
Chaudhary Abhay Singh Chautala said that CM Hooda has done the country’s
biggest land scam and now he is trying to hiding his misdeeds by doing all
this. He said that the gaushala in Kanwarpur and khajakhera in district Sirsa
on the name of Chaudhary Devilal are totally false and not a single member of
Chaudhary Om Parkash Chautala’s family is a member of this gaushala committee
but presently the gaushala is managed by CM Hooda’s blue eyed boy Gopal Kanda
and his family. On the same way, he said that people of educationally backward
Odhan Area in sirsa district opened a Women college and school to educate the
girl’s students by making a society named Mata Harki Devi Memorial Society and
not a single member of Chaudhary Om Parkash Chautala’s family is a member of
this Harki Devi Society.

INLD State
President and former speaker of Haryana Vidhan sabha, Shri Ashok Arora
criticized Congress for adopting dual standards on the issue related to
disqualification of MLAs and MPs and passing a resolution against Indian
Olympic Association (IOA) president, Abhay Singh Chautala. INLD MLA and acting
president of Haryana Olympic Association, Shri
Ashok Arora said that the UPA government had introduced a bill in the
parliament to prevent any “tainted” MP/MLA from being disqualified (if an
appeal is filed within 90 days ) to contest the polls. The bill was introduced
after the apex court recently held that the Members of Parliament and MLAs, on
conviction for offences, will be immediately disqualified from holding
membership of the House without being given three months’ time for appeal, as
was the case before.
He said
that minister or former ministers, CPS and MLA’s of Hooda government have been
charge-sheeted in one or another case. He further said that Hooda government’s
then State Home Minister Gopal Kanda is facing charges of sexual harassment and
forcing Geetika Sharma and her mother to commit suicide. Even hooda
government’s state sports minister Sukhbir Kataria is facing the charges of
fake votes, many MLAs and CPS involved in CLUs CD scam, former transport
minister Omprakash Jain and Zile Ram Sharma are facing the charges of bribe on
the name of jobs and murder of former sarpanch of Village Kambopura Karam Singh. He
further said that CM himself have the allegations of doing scam of worth rupees 3.5 lakh crores on the name of
CLUs and IAS officer’s Ashok Khemka’s report has already made disclosures on
this issue.
He further said that, on the very
first day of the assembly session, speaker has suspended the opposition from
the whole assembly session so that they won’t get a chance to face the
opposition on the corruption issues. Further he said that opposition MLAs did
not get a single chance to participate in the assembly session. He said that
this was the first time in the history of assembly that opposition was
suspended for the whole session and the assembly was become merely a congress
