At a meeting held at Hotel Jai Villas Sirsa on 4th February, 2009, the following officiating body of ENMAS was installed unanimously, and important resolutions were taken.
The meeting was also attended by DPRO Sirsa, Dr Gulab patron of ENAMS and president Haryana Electonic Media Asso. (HEMA) and Sushil Manav, staff reporter The Tribune.

Membership and other issues Scrutiny and Discipline Committee:
Sirsa, Ellenabad, Rania, Dabwali, Odhan & Kalanwali on recommendation of respective office bearers/members of related regions followed by acceptance of Scrutiny Committee by resolution at subsequent meeting.
Scrutiny Committee:
A committee shall be formed to look into complaints of members and against members, support if possible to any member in his personnel problems, the decision taken by the committee shall be final and binding executed. It shall also look into interpersonal relationship of members for more congenial atmosphere.
Members of Membership & Scrutiny Committee: Dr Gulab Singh, Arun Mehta, Baljit Singh, Amar Singh, Nakul Jasuja, Rajender Sandhu, Mahender Ghanghas, + President + Vice President + coordinator of the concerned zone.
Advisory:
Jagdish Sharma; Kamal Singla; Manish Grover; Krishan Verma; Gagandeep; Bhartender Gagneja; Bobby; Parveen Dua.

Resolutions:
Meetings shall be held with no frills and more frequently, there is possibility that apart from meetings at Distt Head Quarters, meetings can also be held at zonal levels like at Ellenabad, Rania, Dabwali, etc. if so desired by the members of these regions. DPRO/SDM/SHO/DSP at Distt level & APRO SDM/Tehsildar and SHO/DSP of the region may be invited at such meetings.


The association wishes to conduct two workshops:
1. Technical; about: Photography Videography, Photo Editing and Video Editing, News video dispatch via internet or via tape its technicalities and dos and don’ts
2. Media Ethics and rights of media persons, code of conduct and dos and don’ts.

It shall be preferred that these workshops are conducted by experts who come here not to show their seniority but teach us about the real thing informally.

A committee for Membership and other issues, Scrutiny and Discipline Committee:

The previous ID Cards shall remain valid fir the time being. (This was rejected new ID Cards shall be issued)

A website of ENMAS shall be developed soon.
