Alternative Disputes Resolution Centres (ADRC) will be set up either in court premises or adjoining areas at all district headquarters in the State and each such centre would be set up at a cost of Rs one crore. While stating this here today, Member Secretary Haryana State Legal Services Authority, Mr. Deepak Gupta said that one such Centre would be established over an area of 1000 square yard in Sirsa. These Centres would be set up on the same pattern in other district courts. Public utility services related to District Legal Services Authority would be available at these centres. Permanent Settlement House, Mediation Centre, Lok Adalat and office of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority would be set up in these centres. Thus, all facilities being provided by District Legal Services Authority would be available under one roof. He said that Lok Adalat, Permanent Settlement House, Mediation Centre and Evening Courts would also be set up in these Centres. Apart from providing information about services being rendered by State Legal Services Authority, display boards depicting information about these services would also be installed in these Centres.
He said that now those having annual income of up to Rs. one lakh would be eligible for free legal assistance from Haryana State Legal Services Authority as against those having annual income of upto Rs.75,000. Distt  and session judge Mr. Subhash Goyal, Deputy Commissioner Dr. Yudhbir Singh and  Additional Civil Judge  were also present here.
