Maharaja Aggarsain Jayanti was celebrated with religious fervor in Sirsa yesterday. Mr Gopal Kanda Home Minister, presided over the main function held at Aggarsain Park. An impressive Shobha Yatra was also taken out by members of Aggarwal community in main bazaars of Sirsa.

Later Sh. Gopal Kanda informed media that a number of Japanese companies would invest in the Industrial sector in Haryana as during the recent visit of Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Bhupender Singh Hooda to Japan, agreements on many investment proposals have been signed with Japanese companies. The Japanese Japanese major Aisin Seiki has a plan to set up an Auto Plant in Haryana with an investment of Rs. 700 crore over an area of 50acres.This was stated by Minister of State for Industries Mr. Gopal Kanda while interacting with the media persons here today. He said that Chief Minister’s visit to Japan remained fruitful as Mr. Hooda discussed investment proposals with Osamu Suzuki of Suzuki MotorCompany and also with the representatives of Panasonic and Mitsue. He said that Mr. Hooda also urged the representatives of various Japanese companies to invest in Haryana. The companies also showed keen interest in investing in Haryana.
Mr. Kanda said that to facilitate the entrepreneurs in the State, Single Window System has been started. Investment Promotion Centers have been set up in Delhi and Chandigarh. Apart from this to get rid of the unnecessary inspection, self attestation system has also been implemented in the State. He further said that the State Government has decided to launch a fresh survey of micro, small, medium and large industries including all industrial units in the State. Under the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Development (MSME) Act 2006, a comprehensive data base would be prepared of all type of industrial units. He said that under the MSME Development Act, resurvey would be done due to the change of the glossary and language of the enterprises in the State. To carry out the survey, the department would seek the services of competent professional agencies and consultancy organizations. Those agencies, organizations and companies in India who have done  annual business of minimum Rs. 15crore in the last three years through the provisions of statistics, research and data collection, survey and consultancy services and they have the experience in the field of MSME could send their technical and financial proposals.
