Anugraha, a national level NGO, dedicated to the cause of alleviating the suffering & pain of the aged, poor, destitute & the neglected persons. On the last day of the five day workshop conducted by Anugraha, Ms Subhashini from the NGO said that the involvement of the Gram Panchayats can play vital role in taking care of our senior citizens at Village Level. She deliberated that the aged should be treated with great respect. Serving rural communities in several states of India, it has a comprehensive network at grass root level. Registered as a society in October 2000, the idea of Anugraha was born out of a humanitarian concern and actual field level experiences of a group of people. As an advocate for the well being of older persons, Anugraha is committed to providing a world wide forum for ageing issues. We invite you to join Anugraha in reaching out to those who have the greatest need and the fewest opportunities.
