August 2012 floods streets in Sirsa City. This is the scene of Major road from
Durga Mandir Corner of B Block leading to C Block in front of LHP College of
Law and GRG School. Hilarious scenes in the video, show, street children swimming
on the flooded roads. However this time the water was quickly drained out by
the morning of 26th.
