anniversary by Swarn Singh Virk. Kartar Singh Sarabha was a leading luminary of
the Ghadar Party, Kartar Singh was executed at Lahore on 16th November 1915 for
his role in the Ghadar Conspiracy in February 1915 A seminar was held at Shahid
Bhagat Singh park to begin the year long commemoration of 100 years of Gaddar
Lehar. Comrade Swarn Singh Virk delivered the key note speech while Pardeep
Sachdeva President Punjabi Satkar Sabha presided over. The seminar was held on
