Chauth is no more a festival purely religious, city ladies are doing it with
style these days, where they get together and have great full day long fun with
a tang of religious flavor The ladies put up best from their wardrobe,
sometimes specially made for this day. It is no longer just for praying for the longevity of their husbands but is also a day to be off from their normal domestic or professional chores. Chances of expecting precious gifts from husbands also stand high on this day.
