Private
companies are being encouraged to setup Rural BPOs (Business Process Outsourcing) in far off districts like
Sirsa so that computer professionals may get employment opportunities near to their
homes. This will help them stay back to earn close to their home towns, resulting in
more savings compared to their migrating to IT hubs such as Gurgaon where living cost is much higher. Dr Ashok
Tanwar was speaking at the inauguration of Acer Mall, on 3rd November Harish Mehta and Abhishek Mehta have already several ventures

Acer
India, the leading IT vendor in the country, announced the opening of its first
“Acer Mall” - an exclusive company branded store, in Haryana. The store was
inaugurated by Dr. Ashok Tanwar, Member of Parliament along with Shri. Bhupesh
Mehta, Suresh Mehta, former president Distt Bar Association Sirsa and several
dignitaries of Sirsa. Acer is launching this store in a tie-up with
A.N.Telecom, one of its most reputed & leading IT channel partners in the
state. This store will further help in expanding the brand’s footprint in the
IT retail space.
The
exclusive Acer store is situated at the heart of the city at Vijay Complex,
Dwarkapuri, Sirsa. The 450 sqft store will display the entire product portfolio
from the house of Acer. Like all Acer exclusive stores, customers can skim
through the entire range of Acer products, while professional Acer personnel
are trained to assist the consumers, allowing them to have a wholesome shopping
experience.
At
the opening, Mr. Harish Kohli, Managing Director, Acer India, said, “Over the
past few months, we have taken aggressive measures to expand our retail
footprint across the country. While addressing the needs of a wider consumer
base, the new exclusive Acer store promises to offer a more enhanced shopping
experience. We aim to further strengthen our reach in the coming months.”
