Official
Clebration of completion of 1 year of Judicial Complex and Civil Court at Ellenabad
was done on 10th Decmeber a day before the actual date (11th
December) at the Court Complex as 11th was Sunday.
Hon'ble Sh Amarjeet Singh, Civil
Judge, Ellenabad was the Chief Guest, SDM Sh. Roshan Lal addressed the Advocates
in the Library Hall of the Judicial Complex. Sh Jeevan Singh Naib Tehsildar Ellenabad, Sh. BM Nagar Naib Tehsildar Rania, Mr.
Karnveer Sahu Advocate President Bar Association Ellenabad, Mr. Daljit Virk Advocate Vice President Bar Association Ellenbad, Mr.
Deepak Malik Advocate General Secretary Bar Association Ellenabad, Ms. Sarbjit Kaur Handa Advocate (Joint
secretary Bar Association Ellenabad) also addressed on the occasion. All other
office bearers of the Bar association were present along with most of the
members of the Bar Association Ellenabad.
On 11th
December, the actual date of the inauguration of the Judicial Complex, Arambh
Sri Akhand Path Sri Guru Granth Sahib was organized by the members of advocate fraternity
at the Court Complex.

On 13th December Bhog of the Akhand Path followed by Guru Ka Langar in traditional ways largely attended by Member advocates. Honble Judge Sh Amrjit Singh was humble enough and participated decotedly in Arambh Path, and Bhog Path. Hon'ble Sh Amarjeet Singh, Additional Civil Judge, Ellenabad also partook Guru ki Langar by sitting in Pangat along with the Sangat. His this gesture was largely appreciated. The Court Complex was sprinkled with water to settle down dust and was carpeted right up to the Library Room. Some citizens also attended the Bhog Ceremony. The initiative of Akhand Path was taken by the Former President of Bar Association S. Jagtar Singh Randhawa, Sandeep Kamra, Surinder Sardana and several advocates. Thus the one day Celebration got extended into a 4 day mega celebration.

THE newly built Judicial Court Complex at Ellenabad was inaugurated today by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ranjan Gogoi senior more justice of Punjab and Haryana High court in the presence of Mr. BS Hooda, Chief Minister Haryana. Speaking at the occasion Justice Gogoi said that it was important to bring justice closer to the litigants, he also impressed upon the Advocate fraternity to help in speeding up of the decision process of the cases.

CM Haryana Mr. BS Hooda said that he himself had been a practicing lawyer, so he understood the need of setting up of judicial complexes in the state, and so far out of 21 districts, Judicial complexes have already been established in 19 districts, while construction of new Judicial complexes of Palwal and Mewat districts shall begin soon. A large budget has been allocated for this and already since 2005 more than 200 crore rupees have been spent in developing judicial complexes. Mr Hooda announced a grant of Rs10 Lacs from the CM funds for Bar Room, Library, Computers and other needs at the New Court Complex. Dr. Ashok Tanwar MP Sirsa, said that we are at the crossroads, and it’s high time for self introspection by the Executive, the Legislature, the Judiciary and the Media, as scams like 2G spectrum and others such have spared non of these. Dr Ashok Tanwar MP also announced Rs5Lacs for the Ellenabad bar from MPLAD funds.
Mr Justice Satish Kumar Mittal, Mr Justice Alok Singh, Session Judge Sirsa Dr Shiva Sharma, Justice MS Sullar, JS Randhawa, President Bar association Ellenabad Congress leaders of various cadres, and guests from Ellenabad Sub division villages and town were also present.
