The excellence of Hobbies and Habits
Habits are essential and regular actions for body and society to control personal benefits. Thus, habits form the basis of character to act as forceful agents of actions. Everyone has to cultivate best habits to lead a healthy and happy life. Person can understand, enjoy and can make the best of life only when one sheds all fears and acts bravely. When the people take to bad habits, they become addicted to intoxicants due to fears, anxiety and frustration.
Hobbies are specific kinds of actions performed regularly for pleasure in free time. These are activities of interest pursued for relaxation and fun but generally away from occupation. The hobby is also taken up as special art, avocation, craft, diversion, amusement, specific fact and fun, happy play, vagary, fancy action etc.
Enjoy good Habits:
1. Bravery and courage attain lustre, if these are associated with noble cause. Gain sufficient mental and moral strength if you wish something noble and grand.
2. The learning activity keeps the brain cells alive in facing challenges in our daily life making it sturdy and efficient.
3. Meditation increases the power of thinking, concentrating and memorizing. It opens the gateway to mental transformation and spiritual bliss.
4. Try to remain contented and simple in life only when you have learned to control the desires and controlled needs.
5. Be simple in thoughts and deeds, when you get through honest means and hard work.
6. Attain normal circumstances all the time. In fact, hypocrisy pays a benefit to honest implicitly.
7. Be honest to yourself in thoughts and deeds if you want to be peaceful in life.
8. If you are keen to achieve the goals, you have to move steadily towards it, with will and patience.
9. You must act for satisfaction of your inner voice than for mean pleasure of others. The voice of inner self has to be respected and followed as much as possible.
10.Time, talents and energy are eternal gifts for human beings. Each moment is priceless treasure and each day is precious blessing. These factors enrich and elevate life that one can be timely happy.
11. Resolve to be strong and courageous. Refuse to be frightened even under extreme situations. State of fear and anxiety try to bring tension, weakness and diseases.
12. Always become capable to develop good habits, strong character, amiable behavior and virtuous qualities of humanity.
Advantages of Hobbies:
Hobbies are regular activities done for pleasure during sufficient life time. These can be physical or mental activities beneficial for individual and society. Thus hobbies are good for mind and body. New hobbies are not always easy, but people should be bold enough to try for innovations.
Ø Favorite hobby gives time to relax and reduce stress level in your body. For examples, sports and exercises promote health, provide happiness and reduce cholesterol level.
Ø Hobbies help to acquire new favorable skill and discover hidden talents.
Ø These lead you meeting like minded new people and gain new friends on different games. Also try to adapt competitions at state, national and international level.
Ø Try to follow job application to new companies. Make efforts to develop good status and income.
Ø Help to connect positively with others, achieve benefits of social support and also get relief from every stress. People find same thing enjoyable that you do.
Ø Follow gratification through important activities which bring truthful meaning and great fun in life through personal and social skill.
Ø Perception of better physical functions associated with lower blood pressure, cortisol, waist circumstances and body mass index for achieving better physical functions, lower depression and ill effects.
Ø You feel rush of excitement and joy. All your worries and stresses seem to fade away.
Ø Sometimes, hobbies offer new challenges which are different from work. But ways are positive. The new challenges can also open your mind to new ways of seeing the world.
Ø Hobbies have many physical health benefits, engaging enjoyable activities associated with body mass index and higher level of psychological status. But these decrease depression.
Ø The emotions of love in human beings are basic and positive. Whereas, the emotions of anger and hatred are negative, but if these are carried too far, beyond control, become havoc.
Ø You are at liberty to choose or reject the path open before you. You are the real master to determine your future.
Ø Make efforts to earn from good hobbies.
Hobbies make you happier and more contended. These provide satisfaction in life; bring peace, pleasure and excitement. Improve flexibility, self esteem, better quality sleep and memory. These also reduce stress and depression.
Types of Hobbies:
The major forms include, INDOOR, OUTDOOR, COLLECTION, OBSERVATION and COMPETITIVE.
Very few types are related to politics. Most popular hobbies of interest are:
1. Sport--Walking, running, tennis, cycling, golf, team, skiing, hockey, cricket, boating, basket-ball, volleyball, chess, kabbadi etc.
2. Music--- Playing, listening to various types
3. Travelling--- Scooter, bus, train, aero plane, boats, ships, roller skating etc.
4. Socializing---- Community work, temple and church activities, volunteer work etc.
5. Painting---- On paper, cloth, wood, walls etc.
6. Dancing---- Single and team with special music etc.
7. Reading and Writing--- On regular basis with interest
8. Computer and Television---- For knowledge and entertainment.
9. Gardening---- For improvement of land, crops, gardens, environment, flower collection etc.
10.Animal care---- Solve problems of social and environmental animals.
11. Innovating actions---- Collection of stamps, coins, decorating instruments, personal and social amusement structures, fashion designing.
12. Perform cooking, shopping. Purchasing, selling, remove personal blog, solve puzzles etc.
13. Photography and printing
There can be many more personal and social aspects of hobbies. One should happily and gainfully enjoy whatever good hobbies or habits are adapted.
Always involve the Charity of God:
Your inner resources will always be replenished and make you strong. The will power of human race emanates from Divine to achieve prominent support. Complete support in destiny gets strengthened. It is much better to follow meditation in order to combat stress rather than to take intoxicants and be master of mind. Thus meditation opens gateway to better evolution, transformation and spiritual bliss. Courage supplements the spirit of bravery to fulfill positive purpose of life with noble functions.
Follow the guidelines conveyed through religious literatures, prophets, ascetics and saints. Thus prayers and meditation are the two wheels which can carry the mind to the very core of innermost being for positive thinking and confidence. These aspects strengthen the very objectives and purpose of life through truth, delight and sincerity. The soul gets rewarded and blessed with peace.
