Watch Video: Dr Ritesh Sharma advocates for MBBS to IAS Bridge Course.

In a Press Conference held on 16th May in Sirsa, Doctor Ritesh told journalists that he has sent a letter to the Prime Minister Officers with a suggestion to PM Narendra Modi to create or form an inclusion of a bridge course for MBBS doctors to become IAS officers

Dr Ritesh Sharma has started a campaign which is receiving support and encouraging doctors. He has written a letter to the Prime Minister, suggesting a bridge course.
In the letter, Dr Ritesh Sharma, MBBS MD (pulmonary medicine) from Sirsa, Haryana stated,
'In view of the frequent criticism of healthcare services in our country, I suggest you to start a bridge course of administrative training for MBBS/ Post Graduate doctors to become IAS officers for the betterment of healthcare management in India.

The idea of a bridge course for IAS has come after seeing the proposal of Govt. of India to make BDS and Allied professionals equivalent to MBBS doctors by a bridge course of six months.'
A copy of this letter has also been sent to Union Health Minister, JP Nadda, the NITI Aayog and IMA Headquarters.
Dr Ritesh Sharma said, 'There are still many places in our country where healthcare services aren't available or do not reach there. The administration should take initiative. If there is an IAS officer who is a doctor at the administrative level, then they can think of ways to reach out in places where healthcare services aren't available.'

His this plea is finding acceptance amongst local IMA members as well Medical fraternity from all over India. He hopes that the support he is getting will bear positive results very soon. At the PC he was accompanied by Dr Jakhar MD (Pediatrics) and Dr Bhimsen.

Meditation to Promote Courage and Success:
Ø  Concentration on Divine message increases the power of thinking and memorizing to enable greatness of mind besides giving truth and stability. Meditation opens the gateway to elevation, transformation and spiritual bliss.
Ø   The inherent will to live and enjoy life by making the most of it is essentially divine. In the silly state of depression and nervousness the will to him and enjoy oneself, has to be aroused.
Ø  The courage supplements the spirit of bravery. Man can fulfil the purpose of life by living steadily for a noble cause.
Ø  The prayer and meditation are the two wheels which can carry the mind to the very core of the innermost being which is divine. Man acquires God-hood during moments of sublimity.
Ø   The will power of man emanates from the Divine and can be supported. Faith in destiny may become weak while faith in divine can acquire inner strength.
Ø  Peace is the prime necessity in the life of man to enjoy the divine blessing.
Ø  Man acquires Godhood during the moments of sublimity and creativity. Acquire a taste of meditation so that you become conversant with goodness.
Ø  O Lord, lead me from untruth to truth, from darkness to light and from death to immortality. The supreme self is truth, goodness, beauty and bliss. You possess the capability of realizing the Supreme Being and are blissful.
Put on Brave Face:
Body, face, desire, ability, strength and motivation are necessary to fulfil bravery. People are always ready to do things which are difficult and even dangerous without showing fear. Sometime it may hurt a little but always remain confident and happy. The situation of courage is the supreme Divine.  It protects the greatest obstacles to humanity’s spiritual progress. Be peaceful and cheerful under all circumstances because it is by maintaining the peace of mind and inner cheers. Noble thoughts and aspirations are peaceful sources of strength, stability and peace. Those who lack noble thoughts deprive themselves of the higher joys of life.
