Haryana Cabinet was expanded today as the State Governor, Mr Jagannath Pahadia administered the oath of office and secrecy to six MLAs as Cabinet Ministers and to three other MLAs as Minister of State at a function organised at Haryana Raj Bhawan,here.
Earlier Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda was sworn in as Chief Minister by the Governor on October 25 last.
Those who were sworn in as Cabinet Ministers today included Capt. Ajay Singh Yadav,Mr Randeep Singh Surjewala, Mr Mahender Pratap, Mr Om Prakash Jain, Mr Paramvir Singh and Ms Geeta Bhukkal. The three Minister of State are Mr Shiv Charan Sharma, Mr Gopal Kanda and Mr Sukhbir Kataria.
The Chief Minister also administered the oath of office and secrecy to nine MLAs as Chief Parliamentary Secretary. They included Ms Anita Yadav, Rao Dan Singh, Mr Dharambir Singh, Mr Jaivir Balmiki, Mr Jaleb Khan, Mr Prahlad Singh, Mr Ram Kishan Fauji, Ms Sharda Rathore and Mr Sultan Singh.The Raj Bhawan was tastefully decorated for the ceremony which was attended by prominent personalities including Rajya Sabha Member Dr Ram Prakash, President of Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC), Mr Phool Chand Mullana, Working President of HPCC, Mr Kuldeep Sharma, former Ministers, MLAs, family members and supporters of newly elected Ministers and Chief Parliamentary Secretaries and senior officers of the State Government.
