VITA MILK PLANT MISUSING “HARYANA SARKAR’ ON ITS VEHICLES WITH IMPUNITY.

The Sirsa based Vita Milk Plant has been misusing “Haryana Sarkar’ and Govt. of Haryana on its vehicles with impunity only to dodge the police and the traffic department. The fact came to light when Vita Milk Plant’s CEO S.S. Kohli asserted that this Milk plant is a Cooperative of Milk producers and it is neither owned nor funded by the Haryana Govt. He stated this while denying any information under RTI Act as the Milk Plant according to him does not fall under the purview of Right To Information Act, when one Rajesh a resident of village Kharia of the district demanded some information under the RTI. Act. When this correspondent confronted him that when according to his own assertion the Milk Plant is not at all having any connection with the Govt. then why he has got the words ‘Haryana Sarkar’ or the Govt of Haryana on all the vehicles owned or hired by the Milk Plant, he said these words were used on the vehicles to have a safe passage. When contacted the SDM Sirsa Satish Kumar Jain said that he would order a probe into the case and punish if any one found guilty.
