(Regd) handed over 2 Memorandums of Demands to DC Sirsa for forwarding to The
President of India, CM Haryana, later a delegation led by Comrade Swarn Singh Virk also met VC CDLU SIRSA and
gave a memorandum for setting up Punjabi Department in CDLU
