Best Habits to Promote your Fate
Habits are almost regular, general and forceful agents of actions which
form the basis of character and behavior. Mostly, the people indulge in
habitual actions to satisfy their needs of happiness and peace. Regular
education helps in the development of good habits like discipline, attention,
concentration, punctuality, co-operation etc. Everything we think, do and say
is due to deep seated circumstances. Therefore, we are the creatures of our
habits. People are at liberty to choose or reject the path open, for being
positive or negative, real master of their fate. Every good thought with
effective utilization has great force that can work miracles.
Surprisingly enough, bad habit is hardest to break. If you break ‘H’
(humility, honesty), you still have ‘A-BIT’. If you delete ‘A’ (authority,
aspiration), you are left with ‘BIT’ of small value. If you remove ‘B’,
(breviary, benevolence), you still have ‘IT’. But deletion of ‘T’ (tolerance,
totality), is left with ‘I’, which may become the root cause of all
problems. The attitude makes habit;
habit regulates character which determines humane living. The attitude also
refers to the way in which a person feels or thinks, demonstrated by his
behavior. Positive attitudes make people to perform better than the rest.
Acquire and Continue with Best Qualities:
We must try to replace bad habits, to sustain good habits, through will
power, true feelings and attentions. Good habits are required for food, drinks,
exercise, study, talking, resting, search, earning, saving, creating and
maintaining good environment and daily meditation. These contributions also
help in better learning, fun, smile, happiness, love, gratitude, daily time
management, investment and inspiration.
Plan your actions for moral and ethical qualities. Take sincere
inspiration for respect to parents and elders, proper care for children,
voluntary social service and create innovation. Try to write good articles for
journals, biography etc., so as to improve optimistic connections. The negative
aspects of routine actions must be avoided to escape from physical,
physiological, ethical and mental frustrations.
Happiness, Courage and Bravery:
These achievements require good and regular efforts in life. The true
qualities emanate from real will power. A person can achieve success on living
steadily with noble values and without fear. Goodness is the spirit of
sacrifice, helpfulness, noble thoughts, purity in actions and elevates the
level of life. You can get sufficient love, recognition and respect if you
share and extend these efficiencies for others. Tolerance and forgiveness
exhibit the maturity of mind for humility, calmness, harmony and peace of
spirit. Wisdom is much better than tons of knowledge which comes from personal
experience, observation, serious thinking, experience and sincere
thoughtfulness.
Life is not just what gives you back but it must make you worth
excellence. The mental state of true happiness comes from and gets retained
through positive thoughts and actions.
Eminent and Strong Character:
Character is essential, long term success due to achievement of better
habits represented through good behavior. It gets represented through real
sense, good aspects, strong spirit, style, tone, personality, qualities of
honesty, integrity, status or capacity, moral strength etc. It also explains
the attributes, traits and abilities of a person. The character is developed
over time everyday. One character may lead to one destiny or more. The first
eight years of child’s life are golden when parents train their children to
achieve good habits and develop noble character. Later on, they need to
organize their lives according to global principles and chart aright course
according to journey towards eternal life (through education).
Most favorable qualities of human character include alertness, boldness,
benevolence, compassion, creativity, contentment, dependability, determination,
diligence, endurance, enthusiasm, flexibility, forgiveness, gentleness,
generosity, hospitality, humility, initiation, joyfulness, justice, loyalty,
meekness, obedience, patience, punctuality, responsibility, resourcefulness,
security, self control, sensitivity, thoroughness, tolerance, truthfulness,
virtue and wisdom.
Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain but it takes character and
self control to be understanding and forgiving.
Amiable Behavior:
It projects the nature, practice, performance, role, style, decorum,
expression and social grace of a person with all others. In the real sense, it
is the range of actions and mannerism made by individuals. It is in conjunction
with themselves or their environment which includes the other systems, organism
and physical circumstances. Thus behavior is a manner of acting or controlling
oneself; a method of reaction towards
other people. It is also co-ordinate in response of the whole organism to
external and internal stimuli through actions, operation, interaction and their
properties. Human behavior is believed to be influenced by nervous and
endocrine system. The additional influence includes ethics, authority, friendly
relations, religious belief and co-ordination.
Achievement of Success:
Success does not lie in results but in efforts. According to a
philosopher, Tyron Edwards, “Thoughts lead to actions; Actions lead to habits;
Habits become your character; Character determines destiny (your eternal
life).” Thus home habits create and lead to success and destiny. Everyone for
success must try to be intelligent, caring, hard working, truthful, sweet,
beautiful, amazing, smart, unique, judicious, crazy and lovable. Successful
persons do not reach their goal alone until they help others to succeed. One of
the strongest factor for success is self esteem. Believing, you can do it,
deserve it and then you will get it. Crying for a useful factor may collapse
our success but exact trying will build our confidence. Success and confidence are interdependent.
A teacher has implemented success as; S¬- see your goal, U- understand
your obstacles, C- create a positive picture, C- clear your mind, E- embrace
your challenge, S- stay on back, S- show the world you can do it.
Divine Destination:
Peace is the prime necessity in the life of a person. Therefore, practice
meditation to lead clean and graceful methods for perfect and blissful life.
• The Divine will is always
supreme and must be accepted gracefully with eternal pleasure. Meditation
sharpens the intellect, give charity of thoughts and improve physical and
mental health.
• Curb anxiety, tension,
fear and anger; resolve complexes of mind, increase power of resistance,
provide maximum relaxation to mind and body.
• The true surrender to
Almighty God can make us strong, stable and blissful.
• One must sit down at a
comfortable place for meditation, close eyes to avoid outside disturbance.
• The mind tends to merge
with cosmic, when the disciple chants God words. The experience of ecstasy
becomes the greatest attainment.
• The Lord can improve our
mode of habits and behavior, if we earnestly call upon Him. We are blessed to have
kind, celestial and loving Divine Father who stands graceful in heaven, to
guide us through self discipline and strength, to prevent misdoings.
• Heavenly Father will
strengthen our character, influence our goodness, bless our life style and
enrich our behavior. He shall improve personal satisfaction for peace and
happiness in our heart.
• Try to adopt attitude of
joy, peace, love, serenity, humility, benevolence, empathy, truth, generosity,
faith and compassion. Pursuit of righteousness directs the path to strength and
glory.
It is important to notice that our thoughts become true belief, which gets
changed to our grateful words and actions. These actions become our best habits
forming the basis of characters. Therefore, changing bad habits to acquire good
habits take sincere, honest and earnest efforts for which lot of patience is
required. Try to acquire good habits, good friends, and good perception so as
to re-evaluate our living style.
