Commissioner Hisar Range, Mr R.R. Phulia inaagurated Osho Bhakti Samdhi Shivir today at Jaat Dharmsahal. The Shivir will continue till 30th October, 2006. The chief guest was welcomed and garlanded by Mr. Ramesh Sahuwala, Mr Baldev Raj, Prof. Rakesh Maria, Mr. M.L. Mendiratta Prof. Harjinder Singh, Maa Prem Kamal etc. Swami Alok from Hisar the main Pravachk was welcomed before RR Phulia reached the venue.
