The protest of Gujjars (Gurjjars) that had epicenter in Rajasthan demanding reservations in the ST Quota has spread to various Gujjar pockets all over the nation, where ever Gujjars are, Sirsa also witnessed a large numbers of Gujjar Community members coming on the streets and roads armed with lathees, the protestants, burnt an effigy of Rajasthan CM, the protesters later presented a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa.
