Congress today was all prepared to show a united face on the dais set up at Setia Palace. CM Haryana Sh. BS Hooda was expected to address the rally to kick start a high profile election campaign, but after a long wait he could not show up allegedly owing to truant weather, which did not allow his chopper to take off. This left Congressmen high and dry for while, but senior leaders Phool Chand Mullana, Randeep Surjewala, Ranjeet Singh, Sampat Singh, Mr. Gopal Kanda minister of state, Mr. Partap Chautala, Bharat Singh Beniwal candidate from Ellenabad, Mr. Jagdish Nehra, etc. spoke at the occasion and announced that CM BS Hooda shall spend several days in the constituency in the coming days. Malkiat Singh Khosa Advoacte anchored the stage.
