Ghanshyam Saraf Minister of State (Public Health Engineering;  Independent Charge Excise & Taxation Attached with Excise & Taxation Minister) unfurled the Tricolor on Republic Day at Shahid Bhagat Singh Stadium in Sirsa (26th January 2016). He was flanked by Deputy Commissioner Sirsa, Mrs Sharnjit Kaur Brar IAS and Superintendent of Police (SP) Sirsa Sh Satinder Gupta IPS. After unfurling the tricolor he inspected the parade.
