Try to maintain self
control, humility, submissiveness, compassion, nobility, serenity and modesty
in mind. The conditions to realize the values of natural morality and reverence
of Almighty Lord become capable to save us from this curse.
1. We should realize and be careful that anger is a demon like
action that tends to keep us away from noble principles of humanity.
2. Try to analyze the causes of anger. We should continue
efforts to depart from the site of resentment.
3. One may take cold water to acquire calmness.

5. Try to adopt peace of mind and words.
6. Close your eyes for prayers and meditation on God words.
7. Affirm self control on egoistic behavior.
8. Do not acquire distress on the shameful or humiliating
wordings used by someone.

of resentment quickly.
20. Three actions are important to overcome
and finish angriness—Sorry, Thanks and Forgiveness.
Almighty Lord is the sole
creator and defender in this universe. Human beings try to project their
pretence, ostentations, vanity and arrogance. The state of anger, sometimes,
enchants great philosophers, even the prophets; ascetics and gods do not remain
untouched. They used to confer this curse during certain situations which could
even prove to be damaging their religious devotion. So much so that certain
religious literatures reveal that Lord Shiva had frenzied dancing taking place
at the dissolution of the world.
Therefore, it is
concluded that the wicked stage of rage or resentment is a mental disorder, physical agitation of mind and
spiritual curse which should be subjected to prevention and treatment for the
well being of self, society and humanity.
