Dr Sunil K Gulati is an IIT and IIM Alumnus and is presently Additional
Chief Secretary Haryana. He also supports AAPSI NGO in which Dr Ram Ji Darbi is
an active and important member who is working for the last 13 years in sowing
raising and free distribution of millions of Flower Seedlings. His seedlings
now make beautiful, schools, colleges, Hospitals, Public places and institutes
spread all over Haryana Punjab Rajsthan and even Delhi.
