Coronavirus: Not a single positive case in the district yet: CMO
Dr. Surender Nain, Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Sirsa, said that no cases
of coronavirus have been reported in the district. A total of 283 persons have
come from outside in the district, out of which 280 have been traced. Of these,
73 have completed their quarantine period. Samples of 13 people were taken. All
of the reports are negative. He said that out of 6 persons who came in contact
with persons from outside, the report of 5 has come negative and the report of
one is still pending. Similarly, one person is placed in isolation.
He said that if anyone has any information or information related to
coronavirus, they can contact the Health Department on toll-free number 108
and phone number 01666-241155. Apart from this, one can also contact the District
level control room at 01666-248882, 98123-00947 for CORONA (COVID-19) related
information.
