MARRIAGE ECSTASY TURNS INTO TRAGEDY, 3 INCLUDING GROOM KILLED IN ROAD MISHAP.

THE joy and ecstasy of a marriage party belonging to village Sukherakhera (Sirsa) was turned into gloom when the groom and 2 others were killed on the spot and the bride along with 8 others sustained grievous injuries in a road mishap while returning back after solemnizing the marriage. The Innova car carrying the bride and the groom and some others rammed into a canter near village Ding about 28 kms form here on the National Highway on Monday night. the bodies of the deceased were handed over to their kin after autopsy in the local civil Hospital on Tuesday. All the injured were brought to the local Civil Hospital from where they were referred to Rohtak Medical College Hospital after their condition deteriorated. The deceased have been identified as the Groom-Joginder resident of village Sukherakhera his cousin Amar Singh and bride’s brother Subhash. The injured were: the bride Ashma, Kalidas, Saroj, Bimla Devi and 3 children and Nazarpal etc. It
is alleged that the driver of their vehicle was responsible for the mishap as he sped up the vehicle to overtake the canter. The police on the basis of a complaint filed by one Sher Singh have registered a case against the driver of the Innova car and have started investigations to nab the absconding driver.
