A CBSE Teachers Seminar held in Sirsa on 31st August 2019.
The Theme of the Seminar was:
Customized Education - One Size Does Not Fit All.

In the interactive sessions of the seminar, several concerns of imparting
education were discussed, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) an upcoming addition to CBSE Syllabus, the problems of Parent-Teacher Relationships,
Discipline- What it is and how it can be imbibed. The Role of Parents, the
necessity of Counselling at various levels etc. Dr Sultan Hardu of Ellenabad
was co-convener for this seminar. Dr Priya Bir delivered a lecture on Child
Psychology, Role of Parents and Teachers. Dr Chander M Gupta answered queries
of the media, while Mr Neeraj Singhal led the panel discussions. Challenges were
thrown upon the able panel by the equally able audience as most of them were
Principals or at Management level of Elite CBSE Schools. Some of the tough
questions were easily deflected by the smart panellists and remained
unanswered. Smt Sunita Duggal IRS (Retd) MP Sirsa was the Chief Guest. Founders
Mr JK Singh and Dr Rajesh Chandel had a vibrant presence all through the
Seminar.
