Mrs. Savitri & Dr. R.S. Sangwan celebrated their Golden Jubilee Wedding Anniversary at a ‘la-page-3’ party at Club City Resorts Sirsa. The party was attended by Political Stars, socialites, journos and medical fraternity. At the party a power point photo presentation on the memories of Dr. Sangwan since his childhood till now specially prepared by Mr. Ravinder Puri and Dr Yogesh Sangwan was shown. The PPS and rest of the program was anchored ably by Mr. Puri, however the erratic sound system marred the show and the back benchers like this editor could not comprehend much. Dr Sangwan went nostalgic and interrupted Mr. Puri to put in more interesting details about the pictures as they were being flashed by the DLP projector on the vinyl screen. Mr. Ajay Chautala, Mr Ranjeet Singh, Mr Bharat Singh Beniwal, Dr. MM Talwar, Mr. Rajkumar Nijat. Mr S.S. Bhandari, Mr. Bhupesh Mehta, Mr. Rai Singh Saharan etc also spoke about Dr. Sangwan, at the celebrations. The party had elaborate arrangements for dinner and many choicest variants of C2H6O for those who loved it. Children of the Sangwan couple, Dr. Yogesh Sangwan his wife Dr. Rachna Sangwan, Dr. Meenakshi Singh, Smt. Shobna, Smt. Sunita, Smt Sarita Shokeen and their extended families were also present.
