Kuldeep Dhindsa Conferred Vigyan Ratan

Dr Kuldeep Dhindsa, Director, JCDV Sirsa, has been conferred ‘Vigyan Ratan’ at the Updeshak Samman Diwas held at D.N. Brahma College, Hisar, at a function held recently.

Dr Kuldeep Dhindsa who is a renowned scientist of international acclaim is presently Director General of Jannayak Ch. Devilal Vidya Peeth Sirsa (JCDV).

Dr Dhindsa told SirsaNews that Vedic studies are even today of utmost importance and the world is going the Vedic way. DN Brhama College is one such institute, perhaps the only one of its kind in the world that has been spreading the Vedic system since last more than 120 years, he told referring to information provided by Poonam Suri, secretary DNB College management, that DNBC shall become an international institute within forthcoming 2 or 3 years.

Before joining JCDV Dr. Dhindsa held various key posts in CCS HAU Hisar, he also held the post of Director General, M.M. Group of Institution, Mullana Ambala.

Since he joined JCDV he has put the Vidyapeeth in top gear with an array of functions, seminars, conferences, sports meets of not just scientific origin but also of sports and cultural importance at the JCDV.

Very recently a National Seminar on Futuristic Trends of Enginnering & Technology was held at JCDV with the efforts of Dr. Dhindsa (See link to Video, Pictures & NEWS of the event)

Dr. Dhindsa has also been recipient of the prestigious MAN OF THE YEAR award for 1998 by the American Biographical Institute (ABI). Dr. Dhindsa was chosen for his overall accomplishments and contributions to science and society. The award is conferred on persons of eminence who have significantly enhanced world communities and professions.


A fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, London, Dr. Dhindsa has worked in Germany and USA and has been the recipient of the Dr. Ambedkar National Award, this is an Indian National Science Academy Award.
