CENTRAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS RESPONSIBLE FOR PRICE RISE…..KULDIP BISHNOI.

BOTH Union and state governments led by Man Mohan Singh and Bhupinder Singh Hooda are responsible for the un governable spiraling prices of the essential commodities. He said that only recently the prime Minister as well as General Secretary of the Congress Rahul Gandhi had asserted that the State Governments are responsible for checking the hoarding and profiteering in their respective states and therefore Hooda has miserably failed to check hoarding and profiteering being indulged in by the anti-social elements at the expense of thr common man in the state. He said that the Union govt. also can not be absolved which is contemplating a further rise in Petroleum products including the LPG would further increase the woes of the general masses in the country as the price rise is directly proportional to the rise in the prices of the Petroleum products. While addressing media persons here today Bishnoi alleged that neither the INLD nor the ruling Congress is sincere for the construction of the SYL canal considered the life line for the state and both the parties have been keeping the issue alive and burning for their political benefit/ He averred that the canal would be completed only when his party comes to power. While welcoming the declaration of the 2nd language status to the Punjabi language in the state he claimed that his party when comes to power would provide infra structure and Punjabi language teachers to teach the subject as there is dearth of such teachers at present and the present state Govt. is not doing any thing in this regard. He alleged that the Dabwali fire victims have been denied compensation even after such a long time but had the mishap occurred in Kiloi the constituency of Hooda handsome compensation would have been given instantaneously which indicates stepmotherly treatment at the hands of the Chief Minister Hooda who is promoting regionalism. Regarding the obnoxious utterances of Bal Thakery and his ilk about the Maharashtra he said that the Union as well as the incumbent Maharashtra Governments are responsible for allowing such people to issue such rabid statements which are fraught with dangerous consequences which may imperil the Unity and integrity of the country and demanded to bridle these unbridled horses. He also demanded that the Election commission should also cancel Shiv Sena’s election symbol and the party should be debarred from contesting elections. In reply to a question about the fate of his party’s MLAs who had defected with the ruling party in the state he said that the Speaker of the State Assembly has already issued notices to these MLAs but as the speaker who belongs to the ruling party very little is expected and the party is thinking to file petition in the High court to seek quick action and disqualification of these MLAs who betrayed the party they belonged to. He asserted that had the BJP or the BSP not cheated him and his party, his party would have come to power this time adding that in the next general election his party would win with comfortable majority to assume power in the state.

Dharam Pal Singh Malik a former HPCC president and a local leader of the HJC Veer Bhan Mehta were also present on the occasion.
