Press Information Bureau (PIB) will organise
a 3 day Bharat Nirman Awareness Exhibition and campaign at Police lines Sirsa
from today. Mr Ravinder Singh director PIB Chandigarh and Ms Sapna FPO PIB
informed media that the objective of the ‘Bharat Nirman Jan Suchna Abhiyan’
is aiming to create awareness about several developmental and public welfare
Government schemes among the mass, The campaign ‘Bharat Nirman Jan Suchna
Abhiyan’ would spread awareness about various welfare schemes of the
government, includes Right to Information Act, Right to Education, National
Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS), National Rural Health Mission, Food
Security, Direct Benefit Transfer Scheme (DBT), informed Ravinder Singh
director Press Information Bureau, Patna.
“Beside others this campaign would also
focus on Primary Education Scheme through singing, essay and question-answers contests;
would continue till 26 February”, Ms Sapna FPO PIB Chandigarh added. Briefing
about the programme Ravinder Singh said, it aimed to promote various rural
development programmes (employment, health, poverty and more) a countrywide ‘Bharat
Nirman Jan Suchna Abhiyan’ has been initiated by PIB of the Union
Information and Broadcasting Ministry.
The Campaign will be inaugurated by Dr Ashok Tanwar MP Sirsa and president HPCC at Police Line Grounds Sirsa
