Administration, he discusses what ails Indian Society and Haryana in
particular, he said that while Haryana has progressed so well on Economic front,
in the areas of education, Agriculture, Infrastructure, technology etc in a big
way but culturally it remains backward.

Dr Raj Kumar Siwach hosted the program, Dr Ved Beniwal, Pooran Mudgil,

Sehgal of Punjab University, Pardeep Sachdeva, Gurjeet Mann, Kavita, Laj Pushp,
Jagat Kakkar, Parmanand Shastri, Bimal Sharma Kolkata, Narender Kataria, Vijay
Kumar, Dr Ashok Makkar, Pushpinder Kumar, RS Saharan, JN Monga, Rajender
Karwasara,Abhay Singh, Reenu etc. attended the seminar. Several amongst the
